Elinor E. Baxter is an attorney in the law firm of Walters Levine Klingensmith & Thomison, P.A. where she practices in the areas of labor and employment law and commercial litigation.
PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
Elinor is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida and Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
EDUCATION AND SCHOLASTICS
Elinor received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. Elinor received a University of Florida Presidential Recognition Award and participated in organizing events for Florida Blue Key, the University of Florida's leadership honorary society. She received the Kubicki Memorial Scholarship at Notre Dame.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Elinor actively participates in pro bono work for the Bar Association Legal Aid Society.
