Handling residential real estate closings for individuals and developers is an important facet of our real estate practice. CONDOMINIUMS AND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS
The firm's real estate attorneys also represent condominium and homeowners associations and provide a wide array of legal services ranging from representing associations in the complex disputes that may arise in connection with the turnover of control of the association to its members to more routine matters such as drafting new or modifying existing association documents. Our real estate attorneys also assist these associations in procedural and administrative matters such as holding annual or special meetings and advising associations on the proper procedure for conducting various other association activities.
