Michael T. Relihan Associate
Michael T. Relihan is an attorney in the law firm of Walters Levine Parisi & DeGrave, where he practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation, collections and construction.
Michael has experience representing big-box retailers and hotel owner/operators in various aspects of general liability, construction and administrative matters. Michael also advises small and medium sized companies in a variety of general business matters, including formation, member/shareholder rights, and contract drafting, risk assessment and compliance.
Michael is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
EDUCATION AND SCHOLASTICS
Michael received his Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of South Florida, focusing his studies on Latin American history and governmental affairs. During his undergrad, Michael joined Beta Theta Pi fraternity and was a member of USF’s Orientation team. Michael received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, Michael was involved with the Office of Development and Alumni Relations and worked part time for a civil litigation practice.
Michael is active with fundraising efforts for the Metropolitan Ministries and the Mid Florida Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Michael is also a member of the Hillsborough County and American Bar Associations.
