Shay M. Beaudoin Associate

Shay M. Beaudoin is an associate in the law firm of Walters Levine & DeGrave, where he practices in the areas of civil litigation.

PROFESSIONAL ACHEIVEMENTS

Prior to joining Walters Levine and DeGrave, Shay worked for an insurance litigation defense firm and wrote several articles regarding the legal considerations surrounding the NCAA’s approval of college athletes profiting on their name, image and likeness.

EDUCATION AND SCHOLASTICS

Shay obtained his Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Florida in Marketing and a Minor in Innovation. Following his undergraduate studies, Shay obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree with honors from the Florida State University of Law as well as a Masters of Science Degree from the University of Florida in sports management.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Shay has competed in mock baseball arbitration competitions at Tulane University, served as a baseball scout for the Florida State University baseball team. He also has worked as a law clerk for the Department of Business and Professional Association.
